Propositions Consultant - Insurance, Life & Pensions, Auto Enrollment

PROPOSITIONS CONSULTANT - INSURANCE, LIFE & PENSIONS, AUTO ENROLLMENT, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT.  

We have been asked by a leading Insurance organisation (Life and Pensions)  to help recruit another Corporate Propositions Consultant/Propositions Manager for their Life and Pensions business based in Swindon, Wiltshire. You will provide expertise in the areas of Customer Engagement, Automatic Enrollment, Pensions Propositions, Investment Propositions, Assurance Propositions or Corporate Propositions. You will support the Head of Corporate Propositions in developing the proposition strategy (policy, product, communications, platform, service, target market and distribution) managing regulatory and product risks arising. You will also drive the continuous development and improvement of our propositions to maintain competitiveness, deliver superior customer value and meet objectives for profitable growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support in delivering propositions appropriate to the target market through the chosen channel or route to market - in particular, focus on the customer engagement of our propositions

Support initiatives to maintain and grow profitable market share for relevant proposition set.

Support and drive medium to large sized product developments and assist with resolving issues with their development

Develop and implement propositions with a strong customer focus, aligned to brand values. Provide input to the development and creation of products including sign-off of key deliverables

Liaise with promotion teams to analyse feedback from events and workshops to evaluate the results for the purpose of designing future proposition changes.

Support the Communications teams in shaping and delivering the marketing plans

Exhibit excellent all-round business knowledge and understanding on our products, systems and processes as well as the legislative/regulatory environment.

To be recognisedinternal teams ( particularly operations, Legacy and ISS ) methods and costs; brandcustomer experience

Level of autonomy: Will be empowered but will operate within a controlled environment

Sphere of influence: Corporate Propositions and participants in development projects

People management
