PROPOSITION MANAGER - LONDON - UP TO £550/DAY

PROPOSITION MANAGER - PURPOSE

To inspire the organisation in the need for change and to infectiously drive the required change through the organisation.

To be the consumer advocate for the proposition area and being abreast of any market changes and building suitable responses to them.

PROPOSITION MANAGER - KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Developing strong digital development roadmaps and communicating these with key internal and external stakeholders to promote understanding and effective delivery of any changes.
- Ensuring that the organisation has a clear understanding of customer needs and anticipating how these might change over time due to market factors or customer behavioural change.
- Pro-actively seeking advice and input from others in the organisation to help drive the business case, including customer delivery project managers, communication team members, finance team members, and channel owners.

PROPOSITION MANAGER - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Evidence of working with digital propositions.
- Proven ability to deal with and manage multiple third party stakeholders effectively - often with competing needs
- A deep understanding of proposition development and the capability to produce and present comprehensive business cases for change or improvement.
- Previous experience of taking complete ownership of newly developed products and building roadmaps for their continued improvement
- Expertise in working in a Matrix-type environment and leading or contributing to multi-functional project teams
