Proposition Manager Digital Banking - London

Major retail bank is looking for an senior proposition manager to support a major digital banking integration programme with an emphasis on mobile commerce.

Role Details

The Proposition Design Architect sits within the Customer Proposition Architecture Function in Digital Transformation.

The jobholder will:
- work collaboratively with key stakeholders within Digital and the wider Business to build future proofed propositions that fit with the bank's strategic direction.
- act as the customer champion, ensuring that the customer's needs, attitudes and behaviours shape Digital's proposition development activity.
- assure the integrity of the propositions, by embedding a standard set of working practices, deliverables and assurance processes.
- support the Head of Proposition Architecture in ensuring that propositions fit within the overarching digital (ecosystem driven) framework.

Skills/Experience required

Proposition development leadership.
Customer insight analysis and interpretation.
Definition of customer needs.
Process, proposition, market & channel development.
Market research.
Translation of digital strategy into proposition portfolio.
Project management.
Strong experience in a Customer or Marketing function (required). experience in running end to end proposition development plans (required).
Strong experience of working in a complex financial services environment (required).
Client relationship management experience.
Proven understanding of how customers make choices (required).
Project management skills - Prince II qualified (desired).
Proven experience of virtual team leadership (required).
Outstanding communication skills (required).
