Proposition Design Architect

Our financial services client based in London requires a Proposition Design Architect to join their existing Customer Proposition Architecture Function within an overall Digital Transformation programme. The role will be for an initial 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will work with the business to build future customer propositions, be the customer champion to ensure the propositions meet the needs of the customers, and work with the Head of Architecture to ensure that all propositions fit within the overall digital transformation framework.

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive demonstrable experience in customer proposition development within a Prince 2 retail banking environment. With strong experience gained within a customer or marketing function and a deep understanding of how customers make decisions, you will have experience in running end to end proposition development plans. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and virtual team leadership skills are required.
