Proposals Engineer - Aberdeen - Global Leader

Progressive Global Energy are currently recruiting for an extremely confidential role in Aberdeen.

One of our key accounts are looking for a Proposals Engineer to join them on a permanent basis after a restructure within the company has identified this new position.

The key responsibilities within this position would include (but not be limited to):

* Responsibility for the coordination and preparation of proposals for EMEA and Americas regions

* Work in accordance with policy and processes

* Act as primary point of contact and information source (both internally and externally) from receipt of enquiry until award of contract

The key measurements would encompass the following:

* Maintain a profitable workload

* To work in accordance with the policies, processes and procedures of the company

* Ensure complete understanding, familiarisation and compliance with the Quality Assurance and Safety Management Systems through provision of timely documentation and according to internal and external audits

* Cultivating good working relationships with clients through personal contact. Optimising the approach required for each individual and promotion of trust demonstrated by high quality feedback from clients and performance management
