We are seeking a dynamic Leasehold Services Officer to join our diverse team and help deliver a high quality, customer focused service to our residents.

The successful candidate will professionally manage a property portfolio made up of shared ownership, leasehold and market rent properties, assisting customers in a proactive way so that they can make the most of the services we provide. This will include marketing leasehold services, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, involving residents in service delivery, managing neighbourhoods and maximise collection of rent from current and former residents.

To succeed in this role we are looking for someone with property management/leasehold services experience either from a Housing Association, Lettings or Property Management environment. Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills, working with a diverse client base, are essential.
