We are seeking a customer focussed, dynamic individual to join our diverse team and help deliver a high level of customer service to our residents.

You will be responsible for managing a property portfolio made up of shared ownership, leasehold and market rent properties. You will be required to assist customers in a proactive way so that they can make the most of the services we provide. This will include marketing leasehold services, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, involving residents in service delivery, maximising income and managing neighbourhoods.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong communication skills, working with a diverse customer base. Experience within a similar property management role will be a distinct advantage.

A full driving licence is required for this role as you will be required to travel throughout the region.
