We currently require two Property Services Advisors to join our team in East Hanney, Oxfordshire, on a fixed term basis, to deliver a responsive and proactive service to our residents. Acting as the first point of contact the focus of this role is to provide a high quality emergency response to a range of maintenance enquiries, logging and tracking caller requests in a prompt and timely manner and liaising with our maintenance team to co-ordinate repair schedules and appointments.

Applicants must have a strong customer focus, be self motivated and demonstrate a high level of empathy, tenacity and confidence to address a variety of issues and resolve queries during initial contact. Excellent telephone and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to make informed and balanced decisions. An interest in property, housing or maintenance would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. A calm, patient and highly organised approach will help you succeed within this challenging and rewarding role.

Please note that these are full time roles, working 37 hours per week from 8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
