Property Manager

My client is an exciting, growing property company based in the West End and they are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to cover a 6-month maternity leave contract.

This is an incredible opportunity for a residential Property Manager looking to progress their career within property management in an innovative and expanding company. Although this is initially a 6 month contract, there is huge potential and opportunity for the right person Dependent on ability as the company expands into an exciting new area.

The company manage properties across Central London and the ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Property Manager in the UK and would ideally know how to use CFP WINMAN but this is not essential as most systems are similar and can be picked up easily. The Property Manager will have a minimum of 1 year's property management experience and it would be beneficial if you are ARLA qualified however, this is not essential provided you can show that you have the know-how and practical experience.

The Property Manager duties would involve some of the following:- - Assisting with new tenants moving in by being their point of contact for any questions and helping the lettings team to ensure the tenants move in is smooth as well as inspecting properties prior to this, to ensure the property is ready
- Providing contractors access where required and inspecting any repairs to ensure they have been carried out and updating landlords and tenants where required in regards to maintenance works
- Building a rapport and developing existing relationships with your clients to ensure that all customers receive a timely, professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service

The ideal candidate will have a professional and logical approach as well as being able to retain information and be capable of understanding complex ideas - very good time management and prioritization skills are essential.
