We are looking for people to start beginning of Dec.
Essential Experience/Skills:
- The ideal candidate will be a Property Surveyor with a general practice background, qualified and/or graduate to work on 143 ease renewals for GPs and other tenants over the next 4 months to end March 2013.
- Experience of property valuations and lease renewals is essential and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
