Property & Facilities Manager

* PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGER - GLASGOW - 6 MONTH CONTRACT.*

Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for a PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGER you will be responsible for delivering robust property advice and support across our clients portfolio, which covers both Scotland and overseas. Our client has a presence in over 30 locations around the world. Your main focus will be to ensure value for money and appropriate accommodation for our staff and customers. You will achieve this by undertaking reviews of our current lease arrangements and consider other market options to match with future operational requirements.

Desirable Experience:

- Detailed knowledge of property market with minimum 3 years' experience
- Understanding of legal, contract terms and financial budgeting skills
- Demonstrate effective asset management by ensuring any new asset purchases, movements and disposals reflect best use of our resources
- Relevant property or surveyor qualification ( RICS ) or equivalent
- BIFM or CIPS qualification or equivalent
- Experience of working with public sector organisations
