Your main responsibilities will include:
Setting up reporting processes for new properties
Preparing Year End annual service charge accounts
Calculating tenant payments on accounts
Resolving service charge enquiries
Maintenance of service charge information on the system
Bank account reconciliations and Query resolution
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Service Charge/Property Accountant who has a demonstrable track record of providing excellent service within the property sector. It is imperative that you have used Qube/ECS.
You will be an excellent communicator both orally and verbally and be used to high level interaction across the business.
