IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Tracking of progress
-Independent Management of the BIK (Benefits in Kind) project
-Delivery of training
-Review and Finalization of Tax Matrix for all Benefits in Kind
-Documentation of new processes
-Review and improvement of processes
-Reconciliation of invoices with SAP
-Completeness check
-Documentation for future VAT audits
-Work on a implementation for a tax reporting tool (external software bought, but support needed)
-Finalization of Benefits-in-Kind Project including all necessary processes implemented, complete documentation of new process and implementation of sustainable processes for Benefits in Kind (might be including a tool implementation project)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Long experience in running accounting relevant projects with ability to drive them independently
-Excellent communication skills with positive attitude
-Decent project management skills
-Experience in Benefits in Kind taxation in Germany for wage tax and VAT
-Business proficient English
