I am currently searching for a Lead Engineer in Interior/Cockpit/Center Console.

Position Summary:

Supervises the design and release of interior trim components and assemblies. Duties may vary in accordance with program placement.

Interior Systems include:

- Instrument Panels
- Soft and Hard Trim
- Consoles

Responsibilities:

- Ability to direct the design of plastic components and assemblies
- Participates in or leads cross-functional teams.
- Actively participates in vehicle development.
- Analyzes data to develop and improve designs, materials and processes for automotive components.
- Mentor junior engineers
