Marriage Services:

- Participating in regular (weekly) Meetings in Sindelfingen within production planning
- Qualitative and quantitative Investigation to product changes
- Illustrate deviations of planning Standards
- Coordinate matching of backup and rework Solutions between plant Tuscaloosa and supplier
- Creation of a testing and commissioning concept for scope of supply
- Coordination and matching of required parts for testing and commissioning within Daimler
- Realization of FMEAs for all critical processes within scope of supply
- Creation of work instructions for the Team members in Tuscaloosa how tu use the Equipment
- Tracking of Level of maturity and escaltion within Daimler for all products with interference to marriage
- Documentation and Monitoring of all issues from design buy-off to closure of Project
- Monitoring of bolting Quality with start of PRO1 until all bolting Points are on target

Prototype Chassis-pallet Services:

- Design investigations
- Prove whether design changes are feasible for the Equipment or if product-design changes are required
- Reporting and tracking of relevant design investigations
- Clarify Interfaces between product, process (Anlauffabrik) and Equipment-design of the supplier
- Regular mettings in Sindelfingen (e.g. with product development, Anlauffabrik, product planning)
- Projektlaufzeit 1 Jahr bis 1,5 Jahre
- Projekt in Rastatt und Ungarn
