PROJEKT LEITER FÜR PROGRAMMKOORDINATION
ÜBERSICHT PROJECT:
Customer Service 2.0 ist ein Retail Clients Switzerland Programm bestehend aus rund 25 Projekten. Ein Grossteil der Projekte sind im multichannel Contact Center und IT Bereich angesiedelt. Das Programm hat das Ziel verschiedene Contact Channels zu öffnen und an die neue Multimedia Contact Center Plattform anzubinden. Zusätzlich im Fokus sind Self Service Lösungen und Effizienzgewinn am Arbeitsplatz.
HAUPTAUFGABEN:
- Selbständiger Aufbau und Führung des Programm Offices
- Management der Projektpläne, Timelines und Reportings und Budgetplanung
- Projektleitung Change Management und Kommunikation
- Unterstützung/Business-Teilprojektleitung Streams Customer Service 2.0
FÄHIGKEITEN/ERFAHRUNG:
ERFORDERLICH:
- Erfahrung in Führung/Umsetzung von komplexen Projekten (vorzugsweise mit IT/Contact Center Affinität)
- Erfahrung in Change Management
- Affinität multichannel Contact Center und IT Themen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und/oder Englisch
- Gute Kenntnisse MS Project
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten/Geübt in Erstellung von Präsentationen (Powerpoint)
- Selbständiger Teamplayer
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und vernetztes Denken
- Offene und überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
