Projects Resourcing Coordinator - 6 months - West London

Our client is a FTSE 100 company and is looking for a Projects Resourcing Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.

Responsibilities:

- Contractor Management
- On Boarding, Induction and Off Boarding
- Resource Assignment Information and Demand Planning
- Reporting
- Quality Assurance
- Responsible for Recruitment life cycle process

Essential:

- Experience in a hands on, fast paced internal resourcing role in an organisation where the function is all about providing the right people, with the right skills at the right time
- Experience of on boarding and inducting staff/contractors new to an organisation
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficient in other MS Office applications
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Familiarity of Purchase Order/Invoicing processes
- Confident when engaging with stakeholders
- Experience working in an IT environment
