Projectmanager RFID (m/f)

-Project Planning and Coordination regarding the IC and System Design :
-Responsibility for project budget, resources and schedule
-Translate business requirements and close cooperation with Product Management
-Definition of proper project staffing and align with the resource manager(s)
-Execution of the development project according existing process manuals and the project plan (project milestones)
-Achieve complex project goals by effectively applying necessary expertise/resources
-Influence decisions by taking into consideration global concerns across projects/organizations
-Lead multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion
-Product Ramp up and Design in at Lead Customer
-Experience as project manager for IC design projects within the semiconductors industry
-Background in IC Design preferred
-PMP/PMI certification or other adequate project management qualification is a benefit
-Familiar with the complexity of international organizations
-Excellent communicator who is able to coordinate internal and external interfaces
-Driving personality with pro-active attitude
-Team player with leadership competencies
-Excellent English skills (conversation and writing)
