Projectmanagement Piping

* Writing Piping Material Specifications including wall thickness calculations
* Reviewing the process design and generating datasheets for speciality items
* Generating piping and valve ETR-s and SDRL-s for enquiry and purchasing of materials
* Reviewing and writing technical evaluations of piping and valve supplier quotations ensuring conformance to Shell-s DEP-s and SPE-s
* Developing valve datasheets. Coordinating the piping design and piping stress groups
* Review & clarification of vendor quotations for valve & piping components and writing technical evaluations. Stress analysis of stress critical piping systems. Development of Piping Special-s SP-Datasheets.
* Review and approve technical requisition documents to allow piping materials to be enquired upon & purchased. The review and technical appraisal of vendor quotations for piping, fittings, flanges, valves and speciality components. Vendor clarification discussions & meetings to resolve outstanding technical issues.
* Handling Lead Engineer activities including planning, reporting, scheduling, meetings etc.
* Interacting with the client to ensure the design and material ordering is progressed in accordance with the project schedule meeting stated ROS dates
