Projectleader (SAP, Applicatiebeheer, Random Numbers)

Duration: 6 months with option on extension

Project: Structural Solution for Random Numbers

Background:
Each system has a unique 4-digit number (numeric). These numbers are generated randomly and can be used to identify the system and trace back information. They are used within the entire value chain (product development - operations (manufacturing/supply chain) - customer support). Now the problem is that in due time no new numbers can be generated anymore since all possible numbers have been assigned. Due to this a new number format has to be developed, implemented and integrated into processes and various IT-systems across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:
Senior project leader is responsible for the realization of the "Structural Solution for Random Numbers" project. The project lead reports into the director OSI (Operations Structural Improvements). Activities include the setup of a project plan in line with the cleitns methodology (PMM), visualizing constraints for a successful realization and implementation (including risks and countermeasures), priority setting, budget management and progress monitoring. One should be able to realize connections between sub-projects (if applicable) and internal stakeholders.

Profile:
Result driven and able to realize progress in across various departments where circumstances are not always ideal. Typically has experience as project leader with complex projects. Analytically strong and able to identify consistency between activities and sub-projects in a complex environment. Strong ability with process management and process design. Able to cooperate and realize connections between project group members and internal stakeholders.
