Projectleader (m/f)

- Planning and execution of automotive SoC product developments
- Managing projects from initial concept, specification, design and test to volume ramp up in close cooperation with our customers
- Achieve complex project goals by effectively applying necessary expertise/resources
- Definition of proper project staffing in alignment with the resource manager(s)
- Execution of the development project according existing process manuals and the project plan (project milestones)
- Performing risk, supplier and change control management within the project
- Responsibility for project budget, resources and schedule
- Lead multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion
- Translate business requirements in close cooperation with Product Management
- Qualification and characterization of semiconductor devices
- Interface to key customers, assembly, test and product quality
- Influence decisions by taking into consideration global concerns across projects/organisations
- University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical studies
- experience in project management for complex IC design projects within the semiconductors industry or automotive industry
- Background in IC design preferred
- Experience with automotive requirements (e.g. ISO TS 16949)
- Basic knowledge of micro-controller cores and architectures
- PMI certification or similar is a benefit
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate internal and external interfaces
- Experience with working in a multicultural environment
- Excellent English skills (conversation and writing)
- Team player with leadership competences
