Projectleader LMS

We are looking for a person with a strong track record on project management and stakeholder management in complex organizations. We prefer a candidate with previous experience in implementation of LMS. You are able to communicate on all levels in the organization.

Job Mission

In this Project Manager position you will represent R&D towards our clients wide one LMS project (end to end) and you will be responsible for the R&D technical competence and skills management project. You will work on a global and cross-sector basis. The Learning Management System will be positioned as the foundation to professionalize the set-up and delivery of courses and other learning activities within the company, to all its employees, on a world-wide basis.

You will deliver the projects in compliance with the Program and Project methodology. These projects have impact towards our HR functionality, way of working, process and systems and do have a major cross functional impact as well in harmonizing learning management processes across our client. You will support the R&D Program Owner to define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

In the R&D technical competence and skills management project the scope is to create the R&D worldwide framework for learning paths developing new employees to optimize time to technical competency and to ensure that the D&E workforce capabilities will meet the future needs.

Education

* Master Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology or other relevant field of study.

* Good verbal and written language skills in English and Dutch.

Experience

For this challenging job we are looking for strong Project Managers with LMS experience or affinity.

* Proven track record as an experienced project manager capable of delivering complex projects with many stakeholders (on a world-wide basis) is a must.

* Affinity with learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

* Strong experience in IT system implementations, capable of leading a team, subsequently creating an implementation plan and rolling it out across R&D, within the project constraints on functionality, time and budget.

Personal skills

* Strong people leadership skills, able to motivate and influence across different levels.

* Experienced stakeholder management capabilities. Able to understand and manage the demands and sensitivities from all R&D departments and bring them towards this One LMS project, making sure that all parties are heard and taking into account, while still delivering a global LMS system with harmonized processes (where possible) in an effective & efficient way.

* Demonstrated ability to organize and multi-task, includes planning, scheduling and coordinating.

* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.

* Business Acumen, able to understand the bigger picture and solid change management skills.

* Flexibility to conform to shifting priorities, demands, timelines and working in different locations.

* Strong communication skills in English Language (written and spoken).
