PROJECT TEAM LEADER, ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION, CAPITAL PROJECTS, CONTRACT, DERBY

Due to continuous success in all areas, my Local Authority client is currently seeking a Project Team Leader for an initial 3-6 month contract, with a likeness of a long extension.

This position will involve some design work for Capital Projects; the ideal candidate will have some hands on design experience as well as being able to manager projects and have worked to Prince2 Methodologies.

You will be required to provide a design service for building on all Councils owned and similar buildings and new projects, project manage the overall delivery including being able to project manage the overall project delivery including the preparation of tender documents and obtain competitive tenders for all projects carried out by the team as well as carrying out inspection of buildings and site surveys.
