Required Skill:
-Minimum 3 years of experience with requirements engineering.
-Experience in product development in an international Matrix organization
-Good Experience in the medical devices industry.
-Strong interpersonal skills in building trustful relationships with peers in a multi-cultural environment.
-Good analytical thinking, a structured, reliable working manner, ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks and to instill a sense of urgency in teams.
-Good verbal and written communication skills as well as advanced English skills.
Nice to Have:
-Fluent in German
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-To align all work streams lead by several international business leaders.
-To drive, streamline, document and structure the project.
-Support of project setup Handling of Project- and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)
-Set-up and adapt relevant processes and structure in alignment with the International business leaders and relevant stakeholders to ensure process implementation within Project Team
EDUCATION: University Degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience
LANGUAGES: Fluent in English
