Project Supporter - Business Requirements (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Requirements engineering and project support in means of workshop preparation, facilitation and follow-up processing
-Align all work streams lead by several international business leaders
-Drive and streamline the project as well as structure and document the process
-Write a qualitative plan in order to prepare the implementation phase
-Organise project and management meetings (organise meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)
-Set-up and adapt relevant processes and structure in alignment with the international business leaders and relevant stakeholders to ensure process implementation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience
-Relevant professional experience requirements engineering and product development in an international matrix organisation
-Experience in the medical devices industry is desirable
-Documentation skills
-Strong interpersonal skills in building trustful relationships with peers in a multi-cultural environment
-Analytical thinking and a structured, reliable working manner as well as ability to prioritise, plan and manage multiple tasks
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required
