My client requires a Project support Coordinator to work with our Telecoms >clients

Responsibility and Functions

This position will be responsible for all, or parts of, the following activities:

* Coordinating incidents until successful resolution, including monitoring and tracking the incident
* Support coordination and planning of Preventive and Site Maintenance and field operation of network equipment.
* Responsible for handling and coordination of all technical related issues.
* Coordinate and track execution of production tasks ordered by NOC.
*Work closely with Site Managers to analyze the monthly Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement compliance and track performance improvement activities.

Experience

* 1 year of working experience in Telecommunication, experience in field operations and/or dispatch center.
* Requires strong communication skills
* Normal computer skills.
* Analytical skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English essential
* Service minded.
* A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
