Aufgaben:

- Administrative support for the Project Managers
- Organizing meetings, checking and validating availability of invitees, booking rooms, sending

out invitations etc.
-Produce and distribute meeting minutes, incorporate review comments, publish final

versions. Extract, distribute and trigger follow up tasks
- Support provision and updating of project planning, managing project risks, and reporting
- Creation of targeted, still modern and responsive presentations, reports, and decision memos;

processing/tracking Change Requests
- Tracking and chasing RFC process states, Change Management approvals, defect tracking

status, etc.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills and an international mindset with a clear results orientation.
- Fluent English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking
- Open minded Teamplayer, friendly, balanced, utterly flexible
- Willingness to take over and perform tasks regardless of role description, even in case of given

over qualification
- Affinity to Agile Project Management approaches; intimate with classic methodologies
- adaquate Communication skills
- Basic IT Knowledge in huge, differentiated, international Environments
- Advanced skills and profound experience with Office 2010-2016, MS Project, Project Web

Access, SharePoint
- Ability to work and communicate in an international multicultural team
- Expert knowledge on complex excel files (incl. Design)
- Advanced skills and profound experience in Powerpoint 2010 (and 2016)
- Familiar with extensive processes, of an intercultural, worldwide acting corporation
- Applicable certifications (like for instance: PMI CAPM, PO3, ITIL etc.)
