Project-Support Reporting and Controlling (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Preparation of quarterly and year-end IFRS consolidation packages and Solvency II (Pillar3) reporting for Service and Reinsurance legal entities including appendices, off-Balance-Sheet items, variance analysis and explanatory memos etc.
-Production of the HGB Statutory accounts for home branches
-Preparation of the national bank (Bundesbank) reporting for home branches
-Support and preparation of documentation for the local tax department and auditors
-Analysis/reconciliation of non-technical internal operations in consultation with other branches/entities and Head Office
-SAP accounts maintenance (e.g. clearing of non-technical and technical bank interim accounts, clarification of open items)
-Support for the Financial Accounting team (i.e. booking of invoices and accruals, payment runs, bank statements, etc.)
-Reconciliation of interfaced data in SAP (e.g. for salary/travel, technical accounting interface)
-Support Local/Group Finance projects on demand

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Commercial Education or suitable Finance Degree
-Working experience within Accounting/Finance ((re)insurance/bank environment)
-In-depth knowledge of IFRS and HGB
-(Re)Insurance accounting experience
-Tax/VAT accounting knowledge
-Experience in preparing national bank (Bundesbank) or regulatory (BaFin) submissions
-Profound system knowledge and experience in SAP (FI, AP, AA, CFM, TRM), Excel (incl. PIVOT tables, Formulas), Word, Business Objects
-Fluency in English
