You will need to have strong presentation and administration skills along with experience of Project Support and administration previously, ideally within a banking or financial environment.
Responsibilities include:
*Administration and co-ordination of monthly KPI submissions
oCompilation of PowerPoint submissions
oMonitor and chase OCM meeting actions
*Administration for OCM monthly Financial review Forum
oSet up of meetings in attendees diaries
oCompilation of PowerPoint decks to facilitate meetings
oDocument meeting actions
*Execute elements of the Demand and Capacity process (compilation of monthly reports and support for regular group reporting process, manage new demand process)
*Administration for OCM bi monthly Demand and Capacity Forum
oSet up of meetings in attendees diaries
oCompilation of PowerPoint decks to facilitate meetings
oDocument meeting actions
*Maintenance of updates to the Portfolio plan as required
*Records management - administration/version control of deliverables maintained on Group share point site. Sharepoint site administrator
*Undertake scheduling of, participate in the compilation of materials for, and document workshop outputs as required
*Ad hoc support for general Portfolio deliverables
