The role has 3 elements as below and requires a candidate with experience in each area.
PMO - 60% of the time is spent working in a PMO support capacity and candidates should therefore have good experience of providing support to project manager and PMO Managers - RAID logs, Project documentation, sharepoint management
PA duties 20% - Diary and meeting management
Reporting 20% - operational reporting duties. Experience required in a role that has required reporting on projects and operational issues.
The contract will initially run until the end of the year with additional working moving into 2017.
