Project Support Officer - SC Cleared

SC Cleared - Project Support officer to work for one of the biggest defence organisations in the world, The role will be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Essential qualifications:
*Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination
of qualification and experience;
*At least five years' experience in a progressively responsible technical and administrative support job, with at least 2 years within the Project Management I Project Support domain;
*Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to develop and set in place new processes and procedures;
*Familiar with project management/project planning methods
*Significant experience with the use of MS-EPM/MS-Project;
*Skilled in the use of advanced computer-based tools in the areas of office automation (MS Office Suite especially MS Excel, MS SharePoint);
*Familiar with principles of accounting and finance;
*Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment

Desirable qualifications:
*Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
*Formal certification in a recognised methodology for project management techniques egPRINCE2 or PMI;
*Knowledge of ITIL;
*Experience in maintaining web pages;
*Experience with computer-based financial tools.
