Projektbeschreibung

PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER/PMO ADMIN required for INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT with PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENT in EDINBURGH.

The PSO will be expected to provide support to a range of projects, and will also ensure PMs complete metrics and weekly reports, along with finance information to support routine billing and milestone reporting as standard.

In addition to their core role, the PSO would carry out the following regular scheduled tasks:

- Collate and QA weekly update reports from all PMs and ensure reports are sent to appropriate SRO's but common standards are maintained
- Summarise weekly reports to show risks and milestones
- Collate weekly log of days spent on projects by PMs and update Finance spreadsheets
- Update monthly finance reports and organise billing for all projects
- Collation of monthly milestone updates and metrics
- Work with PMs to produce eHealth leads updates on time and to agreed standard
- Risk collation/summary for risk meetings
- Business Classification Scheme (BCS) tracking review to ensure all BCS requirements are being maintained

Essential Skills:

- Experience working in a project environment in a support/admin/PMO role
- Experience using MS Office and MS Project
- Experience collating and updating weekly and monthly reports
- Experience managing stakeholders
