Project Support Officer, Part-Time, Germany

This position, based near Frankfurt in Germany, is for a part time (50%) Project Support Officer. The work can partly be done from home with 1 working week Full time required per month at the client site in Darmstadt.

Our client is responsible for establishing and operating weather forecasting and Earth observation satellite programmes with associated data telemetry and dissemination operations. The successful candidate will work with the System Engineering and Projects Division supporting the management of current and future programmes.

The key experience and skills sought are:- A University degree

Demonstrated experience in Project Management disciplines

Sound knowledge of related QA processes and procedures

Good computing skills with familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)

Good interpersonal skills, preferably with experience of working in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment

The working language is English. This is a 3+ years freelance consultancy assignment starting in August 2014.
