Project Support Officer - IT

SEC and a Global IT Consulting Company are working together in the search and selection for a Project Support Officer who will be proving support to a Project Manager in his or her area.
Your responsibilities will involve both general and specific project support tasks (including administrative support to project and related activities as required).
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide Ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management.
- Provide administrative support to the project as required.
- Produce project documentation.
- Participate in meetings, draft minutes.
This is a contract till the end of the year within a long term project with high possibilities of extension.
You should be compliant with the following profile:
- Excellent knowledge of excel (egpivot tables), outlook, word, PowerPoint, Access and statistical tools
- Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English and Spanish.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
- Good communicator at all levels.
- Good drafter in English.
- Experience of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
- Usage of project management tools.
- Good reporting methods
- Ability to apply high quality standards to tasks
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after secondary school
- IT environment experience will be a plus
