Role: Project Support Officer
Location: Belgium
The successful candidate will support a busy PMO function with the following tasks:-
* Update SharePoint sites, subsites, pages, libraries and lists with documents used in the Service Line
* Receive, distribute and update Taskers using Tasker Tracker
* Submit procurement requests via internal system.
* Create reports in Excel using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLookUps.
* Submit travel requests using internal processes
* Submit training requests
* Action requests via functional mailbox filtering
* Proofread and ensure quality control of papers and briefings
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
