Project Support Officer

An exciting opportunity is available in Luxembourg for an Experienced Project Support Officer:

We are looking for candidates with expertise in:

- Three to five years' experience in the project management area;
- Excellent understanding of project management best practice in or other entities delivering project management tasks;
- Experience in working collaboratively to build consensus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and experience of providing reporting at a senior management level;
- Adding value and impact based on independent project management expertise and the ability to produce quality output in a high pressure environment;
- It would be advantage for experts to hold PMI certification or an equivalent qualification;
- Strong IT skills with experience in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project.

NATURE OF TASKS

- Provide support in driving internal validation: prepare Management stakeholder meetings, presentation of PMO/Project Management Tools, Q
- Provide support in the preparation of templates and reporting;
- Consolidate project status;
- Support project portfolio reporting to the management;
- the PMO is developing support tools primarily in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The resource shall provide support in the development and evolution of these tools; and
- take part in the relevant PMO & Projects meetings.

The position can be offered as a freelance or CDD/CDI (employment) contract.
