Project Support Officer

Great opportunity to work for a FTSE 100 company on a 12 month fixed term contract basis based in Bournemouth!

We are looking to recruit a Project Support Officer who will provide support to the Programme Management Team within the Change Team.

You will:
-Work as part of a support team to ensure appropriate administration controls are in place for the Change Team.
-Work within agreed governance model at all times.
-Support the Project Managers with the scheduling of meetings, workshops and other day to day project activities.
-Provide support in documenting the outcomes of meetings and workshops. Where applicable, manage and update risk, action and issue dependency logs and follow-up actions where necessary.
-Work with other members of the PMO team to share best practice and ensure appropriate levels of contingency cover are in place so that routine tasks are covered

Suitable candidates must have a solid administration background, a good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel, be able to cope with varying workloads, have good communication and negotiation skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Ideally candidates should have experience of working in a project environment or Project Management Office.

Essential Experience/Skills:
