Project Support (NATO) MS EPM

Projektbeschreibung
1.1.Mandatory
1.1.1.Significant experience with the use of MS-EPM/MS-Project
1.1.2.Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of qualification and experience
1.1.3.At least five years' experience in a progressively responsible technical and administrative support job, with at least 2 years within the Project Management I Project Support domain
1.1.4.Familiar with project management/project planning methods
1.1.5.Skilled in the use of advanced computer-based tools in the areas of office automation (MS Office Suite especially MS Excel, MS SharePoint)
1.1.6.Familiar with principles of accounting and finance
1.1.7.Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment
1.1.8.Strong communication skills and the ability to be concise in both written and verbal communications
1.1.9.Team work skills specific to international environment comprising both military and civilian personnel.
1.2. Desired
1.2.1.MS Project/MS EPM
1.2.2.PRINCE II Foundation or a similar discipline and practical experience
