IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Providing support with financial and planning processes during portfolio lifecycle
-Ensure and fulfill planning processes concerning projects within the portfolio, e.g. mid-term planning, forecast and one year planning
-Ensure and fulfill financial processes concerning projects within the portfolio, e.g. year end and projects going live
-Coordinating between different controlling stakeholders
-Provide transparency on project portfolio, project financials and progress
-Give input for portfolio management based on analysis of financials and content
-Providing support with project officer function with monthly status reports, risk management, resource management and project specific financial tracking in collaboration with the Project Delivery Units
-Keep project data up to date in Program Office Tool (POT) aligned with the central guidelines and tools
-Reporting of planning and financial data to business

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree, Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification
-Reasonable background of project related commercial and administrative topics
-Project management or project support qualification desirable
-Familiar with project management tools
-Knowledge of energy business, especially energy trading and / or energy wholesale helpful
