Projektbeschreibung
The Project Support Coordinator (PSC) role is responsible for providing Project Support to the Department and Projects/Programmes.
The PSC will be responsible for
* Co-ordinating project status reporting in line with defined governance timelines
* Managing travel and expenses in line with budget and policy
* Co-ordinating project resource profiles, including interaction with Senior Managers/Managers
* Maintenance of standard templates and quality assurance checks
* Organising workshops, management and/or project meetings
* Responsible for undertaking departmental reporting in line with defined governance timelines
* Provide administrative support for steering groups and meetings as per the defined timetable including, minutes, actions, risk and issues and active management of pack content prior to meetings
* Maintain action logs and project plans, including interaction with Project and Programme Managers
* Ensuring that procedures are updated and maintained accurately
* Auditing project governance requirements at project close down
* Tracking and actively managing PIR close out in the specified governance timelines
* Tracking and actively managing departmental operational risks and close down
* Recording, monitoring and reporting departments projects (live and pipeline)
* Ensuring strict governance of documentation including central storage and version control
* Record, track and report on departmental change and development requests
* Provide administration support to the department as required

* Managing all department travel requirements in line with internal policies
* Maintain and implement the project management methodology, ensuring best practice
* Tracking, reporting and facilitating closure for departmental operational risks and closure
