Project Officer/Project Support Consultant required for leading financial services company with experience of:
Good knowledge of Budgets and Managerial Accounting at a mid level; Experience of Project Planning, in able to create and maintain Business Project Plans and proven experience with Microsoft Project or comparable application.
The role will involve:
Meeting Organisation (preliminary material, minutes taken, publication); Able to take minutes of Business and IT Project Meetings; Ability to schedule and coordinate people across locations and groups; Prepare and control project financials; Raise and report project anomalies to the Project Manager.
Other useful Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of Financial Markets in Luxembourg and knowledge of Custody is an advantage; Experience of MS Office plus Lotus Notes ideally. Very good English and good written skills, French is an advantage.
