Project Support Assistant

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a PROJECT SUPPORT ASSISTANT to join our team within TCS. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career within one of the top IT consultancies globally. For this Project Support Assistant role, based in Leeds, we are offering salary of £18.000 per annum on a 6 months contract basis.

Responsibilities: 

- MS Outlook diary management/emails and MS databases via Excel
- Devising and/or typing correspondence or other documents for the team
- Ordering and checking resources and purchases for the team
- Taking Meeting minutes and subsequent distribution
- Booking workshops and/or any events and ordering resources/supplies
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of workshops
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of any events
- Document and assist in the evaluation of events
- Carry out day to day office administrative functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld.
- To correspond and liaise as necessary with external teams on behalf of client
- To recognise that you may be from time to time, directed by the appropriate Line Manager to carry out other duties and responsibility commensurate with the post, grade, knowledge and experience of this role
- Collects and delivers project information about all projects in an organization, to executives and stakeholders
- Making sure that stakeholders have up-to-date, accurate information
- Good communication skills.
- To have basic IT skills, including word processing, Internet and email systems.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
