NK194 PROJECT SUPPORT ANALYST with Exel, Banking, Brussels
The chosen candidate must have the following skills:
Advanced knowledge of excel (pivot tables/graph/use of functions)
Fluently English speaking
BACKGROUND:
The Division ensures the bank's competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
Our non-technical people maintain the maturity of the IT project delivery with appropriate controls in line with the group's risk appetite and reducing development and running costs.
You will be joining the Delivery Excellence Department division. Our team, the Portfolio and Project Office (P2O), provides support to Project Leaders in the execution of their projects, provides added value analysis to various stakeholders including management and Portfolios, supports the Divisional budget management and coordinates the quarterly budget and re-forecast exercises.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
* Providing support on project management tools;
* Providing ad-hoc trainings on project management tools;
* Advising project management tools users (eg process flows, best practices, etc.);
* Monitoring the quality of project booking data;
* Reporting on project booking data;
* Improving the data collection and monitoring processes where appropriate (VBA and MS Access background is considered as an asset);
* Acting as service desk incident manager;
* Providing support to portfolio management.
