Project Support Analyst

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an excellent opportunity for Project Support Analyst. The Support Analyst will supplement a small team responsible for assuring services from 3rd parties. We require someone who an eye for detail, experience of working in a security administration role, contractual awareness and the ability to highlight and address potential issues with agreed processes and prices.

The person required should come with advanced computer skills - Email, Excel spreadsheets/formatting, word documents, PowerPoint presentations and ideally Business Objects reporting skills. Knowledge and previous experience of working with Service Management toolsets such as Remedy/Infra.
