Project Support Analyst

emagine is seeing a highly motivated Project Support/Data Analyst for our client a Fortune 100 IT Corporation.

The role is to support business integration projects.

The successful candidate can be based in any one of a number of European cities including Prague, Brussels and London.

Duties include:
- Coordination of project staff and resources
- Administration of project documentation, dashboards and collaboration tools
- Meeting set up and facilitation
- Act as point of contact for project support
- Track analyse and report project progress

You must have:
Experience in Project office or Coordination in an international corporate environment
MS Access including macros
Good understand of relational database theory and data structures
Advanced Excel -Pivot tables, formulas, Lookups, etc
Experience of project reporting in Excel
Understanding of project life cycles Understanding of managing business requirements
Able to make meaningful inferences from business data
Highly organised and detail orientated
A team player who is self-driven
Very strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.

Other useful skills are:
Experience of collaboration tools such as Wikis, IWEs, etc.
Basic HTML/web development skills
