PROJECT SUPPLY CHAIN ( experience in SAP ERP/APO/SCM 7.1) - Belgium - PROJECT SUPPLY CHAIN ( experience in SAP ERP/APO/SCM 7.1)
About 2000 users located worldwide (Europe, Asia, Middle East) from 3 business units with specific contacts with some departments (Demand Planning, Plant Logistics, Plant Purchasing)
u Mission based in Brussels
u Ready to occasionally work on week-end
u Ready to travel occasionally if needed for short term missions to give courses or understand the specific requirements of some users
The project will impact the following functionalities:
In SAP ERP:
u Production Planning (PP)
u Sales & Distribution (SD)
In SAP APO/SCM 7.1:
u Demand Planning (DP)
u Supply Network Planning (SNP)
u Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP-DS)
Global ATP
u Participation to a world-wide project called 'Supply Chain Redesign' (strong APO/SCM 7.1 knowledge/skills required)
u Management of projects following project management methodology (depending of opportunities and existing workload)
u Design of a solution maximizing the use of SAP standard functionalities and minimizing in-house
specific developments while checking consistency with existing model
u Customizing (including the maintenance of structural data) and if needed, writing functional specifications for development
u Testing
u Transferring knowledge to Business Support team and preparing go-live support plan with them
u Work with incident management tool and promote coaching rather than intensive interventions in production system while ensuring knowledge transfer to Level 1 Support
u Deep knowledge and practical experience in SAP ERP on the following modules: MM/IM and PP
u Basic knowledge of SD
u Deep and technical knowledge in APO/SCM 7.1 in the following modules
o Demand Planning
o SNP
o GATP
o PP/DS
u Strong knowledge of SAP BW
u Knowledge of integration and potential impacts with SD & FI/CO modules
On-going development of technical skills (new SAP functionalities, Business Process and Organization) is critical in staying competitive.
u Team spirit and ability to work in project organizations
u Strong communication skills
u Ability to prepare and give presentations (for project reviews as well as giving trainings to end-users)
u Ability to work in a global environment with multicultural and multilingual aspects
u Fluent in English and French both writing and speaking
