Project Supplier Quality (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Understand both customer requirements and internal standards to define the supplier quality objectives for the project
- Evaluate the risks for the project (timing, quality objective) and alert the management in case of no respect
- Leading the SQE team for supplier contact concerning quality issues during the project releases, Q-agreements
- Communication of project agreements/demands of the customer with the SQE members to the suppliers
- Preparation of quality documents (feasibility studies, control plan, inspection plan, D-/P-FMEA, production documentation)
- Coordination of process approvals in the supplier production sites (e.g. support of Lessons Learned in the projects)
- Identify the project stakeholder requirements regarding quality
- Definition of Supplier QM Plan relevant activities
- Define and monitor supplier quality and reliability activities
- Execute supplier QM Plan audit
- PPAP discussion, preparation and follow up (including SDA management), release process with the NMA SQE members
- Perform escalation when it's necessary

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge and understanding in standards ISO 14001/IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 Norms, QS9000 (APQP, PPAP), ISO 26262 & A-SPICE
- Experience as supplier auditor/responsible auditee in automotive
- Knowledge in project phases
- Knowledge in FMEA
- Knowledge in analysis methods (PDCA, FMEA, 8D reports/ LLC, automotive core tools)
- Knowledge in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, SAP)
- Fluency in English and knowledge of QS9000 (APQP, PPAP)
- Auditor (Process VDA 6.3)
