Project Specialist Lead Job

Project Specialist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Warsaw,IN.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Providing assistance to facilitate efficient execution in a cross-functional core/project team by partnering with the Workstream leads and team members in project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and documentation
- Providing support to Site PMO in managing and executing client wide FDA UDI submissions
- Maintains and analyzes project schedule and prepares regular status reports for the Core Team, Extended Team, or Management
- Tracks project risks, opportunities, and issues in order to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives
- Assists in monitoring and improving project planning elements of for various projects under remediation
- Creating, managing, and documenting dashboards for various projects
- Assisting Project Managers (Workstream leads) in managing schedules and work stream communication.
- Assisting Core Team Leaders and Site PMO in coordinating, planning, and executing project meetings both internal and external

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS degree in an engineering or technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience facilitating and coordinating projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/MS Project/Advanced Modeling Excel and SharePoint
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written; includes technical writing skills
- Strong computer skills, preferably including Microsoft Project experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience in project planning, management, monitoring, and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a Matrix organization with the desire to develop collaborative relationships within various functions (Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Product Development, etc.)
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
