For a 12 month project with our esteemed IT client in Zurich, we are looking ASAP for a Project Specialist in Analysis and Communications. PLease note that fluency in German and English is a must for this position.

Role title: Analysis and Communications Specialist

Assignment duration: 12 months

Start date: 11.01.2016

End date: 10.01.2017

Location: Zurich

As a Project Specialist on the Pre-University CS (Computer Science) Education Outreach team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to manage our data to measure impact and share externally Googles contribution to CS Education across EMEA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analytics
Developing a system to regularly and unobtrusively collect metrics from the outreach activities of multiple internal teams across the company as well as external partners
Analysing ROI of metrics
Keeping central activity tracking databases up to date
Producing monthly ROI reports and presentations to showcase the metrics to relevant stakeholders to raise visibility of activities internally and externally

Communications
Writing and producing consumer-facing case studies about all company in Computer Science Education outreach initiatives across EMEA and working with Marketing team to manage video/image production, translation and proof-reading
Producing one-pager narratives about our client's strategy with talking points about CS outreach efforts, for each country of activity, for both internal and external use
Integration of EMEA CS Education outreach material into global CS Edu website in partnership with US- based team to enable any person in any country to understand what Google is doing in CS Edu in any country
Translation of written documents from English to German
Production of blog posts, G+ posts, newsletters
Administrative duties - note-taking at meetings.

This is a hybrid internal and external client facing role requiring the following skills:
Meticulous attention to detail with process-oriented approach to tasks
Proven administrative and organisational ability; ability to navigate ambiguity and systemise processes
Fluency (written and spoken) and high level of accuracy in English and German. French also a plus.
High level of accuracy in data analysis and interpretation, processing numbers
SQL knowledge a plus
Be willing and able to work in and develop complex spreadsheet relational databases and reporting tools
Have prior experience of using Google apps (spreadsheets, docs, slides, calendar, gmail)
Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
Willing and flexible to take on new areas of work as required

This role would fit someone with 1-2 years work experience post-university, who has perhaps been in a junior audit function whereby both meticulous analytical skills are required as well as an ability to build relationships with clients.
