My client is urgently looking for a project secreatary to be based in the Hague.

Job description

In this role you take care of and support the project/project manager (PM) in project monitoring, project assurance, issue and risk management and the delivery of (decision-making) documents for both the project internally and the HARP Steering Committee (program steering group).

You are able to set priorities in an hectic environment, based on (a multitude of) information, keep an overview and can independently develop invoices and contribute to the requested deliverables.

You are someone who naturally writes easily and can distinguish main and minor issues. In addition, you have a critical eye for the best way to write this down. In addition, as the secretary of the Consultative Consultation (the steering committee of this project - weekly) and the Process Owners' Consultation (biweekly), you are responsible for the organization, preparation and reporting.

These consultations are closely interrelated in terms of input and output and form one of the most important advisory and decision-making bodies in the field of process management within the RVB and within the project, and monitor the relationship between primary, management and support processes.

Partly for this reason it is important that you have a feeling for political administrative relations and have excellent writing skills.

You are able to write clearly and transparently for a variety of target groups at operational, tactical and strategic level.

You also have a signalling role between environment and project with the aim of optimally using information to achieve the project and program objectives. As a person you are present with integrity and as a backbone for the project.

General description of the activities of the project secretary:

- Writing of Plans (PVAs experience with writing decision-making notes and memos)
- Experience with setting up, assessing and directing the progress of risk and issue logs
- Carrying out the control preparation, scheduling and reporting of consultations (of the DPe & HPO consultations and the structural project consultations)
- Substitution of the project manager, when necessary.

Job requirements

- Completed education at HBO/WO level in the direction of administrative information science, business administration or computer science
- Multi-year work experience in the field of process design and process implementations
- Knowledge of real estate processes or experience in similar real estate organizations
- Experience in projects/programs at the National Government
- Knowledge of methods and standards in the field of project management (Prince2)
